A clown held up a McDonald’s in Bloomington Wednesday.
But, police say the man who confessed was actually a former employee and the people he held up were people he had worked with, so they knew right where to point detectives.
Police say Juan Ramon Rivera held a gun to the manager’s head and took $900, which police found in his apartment.
They also found the mask, half of the money and a pellet gun.
Ironically, Rivera had shown his co-workers the mask last year and they even had a picture of him wearing it.
They also recognized his voice.
Police say Rivera told them he held the place up to “pay the rent”.
