The Triple A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana on Friday stood at $3.98 a gallon, 10¢ higher than Thursday and 18¢ higher than Wednesday.
The state’s average was also 31¢ lower than Friday’s national average of $4.29 per gallon.
It was also 8¢ higher than a week ago, the same as a month ago, and 85¢ higher than a year ago.
Meanwhile Triple-A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana on Friday was $6.61 a gallon, 3¢ higher than Thursday, and 1¢ lower than a week ago.
It was also 31¢ lower than a month ago and $2.86 higher than a year ago.And the average EV charging price in Indiana on Friday was 43¢ per kilowatt hour, the same as Thursday and 1¢ higher than Friday’s national average.
