Paoli Teen Charged in Double Fatal Crash in Orange Co.

A Paoli teen was arrested Wednesday on charges related to a single vehicle crash in Orange County in which two teenagers were killed.

Indiana State Police say 18-year-old Keeghan Jones was arrested on an Orange Circuit Court warrant for two counts of Causing Death While Operating a Vehicle with a Schedule One or Two Controlled Substance in The Body and two counts of Reckless Homicide.

Police say Jones was driving a car on February 14th that ran off County Road 500 North near Orleans, flipped over multiple times, and came to a rest on its top in a field.

15-year-old Kyndell Bailey of Orleans and 16-year-old Jocelyn Phillips of Paoli were killed in the crash.

Jones and a third passenger,15-year-old Trandon Blevins of Paoli, were injured.
