Domestic Dispute Leads to High-Speed Chase, Arrest

The Warrick County Sheriff’s Office says a Boonville man is facing multiple charges after threatening his family and leading police on a high-speed chase.

30-year-old Shawn Miller was apprehended when he crashed his pick-up into a culvert at Weinbach Avenue and Waterworks Road in Vanderburgh County.

Miller was heavily armed.

Numerous weapons and ammunition were found in his vehicle.

Miller is facing a charges of Intimidation, Strangulation, two counts of Criminal Recklessness, Pointing a Firearm, Battery, Resisting Law Enforcement, Possession of a Syringe, four counts of Possession of an Unregistered Silencer, a federal offense, Reckless Driving Causing Injury, and Carrying a Handgun Without a License.
