The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office says a wanted felon was arrested Sunday evening when a deputy recognized him while the man was driving a lawnmower eastbound on Broadway Street in Shelburn.
39-year-old Robert Followell was wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
Followell was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and Marijuana.
In addition to the warrant, Followell was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Marijuana with A Prior Conviction.
