The Indiana Department of Transportation advises that State Road 356 is scheduled to be closed near Alford in Pike County Tuesday, May 30th.
A bridge replacement over Mud Creek is scheduled to last through the end of September, weather permitting.
The official detour will be State Road 257 to State Road 56 to State Road 57.
Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
