The Indiana Department of Transportation says State Road 168 near Fort Branch in Gibson County is scheduled to be closed Monday, June 5th for the replacement of a bridge over Pigeon Creek.
Work is expected to last through the beginning of October, depending on the weather.
The official detour will be I-69 to State Road 68 to US 41.
Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
