Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita is facing charges from The State Supreme Court’s disciplinary commission.
They say Rokita violated professional conduct regarding statements he made about Dr. Caitlin Bernard in an interview with Jessie Waters on Fox News as well as on a Facebook Live broadcast.
Bernard is the doctor who performed an abortion on a 10-year-old Ohio girl last year.
Rokita has been investigating her.
