Chatting with Cardinals Assistant GM
Jake, Adam, the return of Skyricesq (Mike), and our newest member Scott all sit down with Cardinals Assistant General Manager and head of player development and performance, Rob Cerfolio! This was an episode MONTHS in the making and we were so happy Rob was finally in a place where he was able to join us and I’m certain this will be one of the best episodes we’ve done so far. A lot of great baseball talk in this episode so I’ll shut up and let Rob and everyone else do the talking!
Rob gave me 3 different options for his walk-up song. Said when he was a player he would go with “Sweet Home Alabama” as a pitcher and “Go DJ” as a hitter but if he were to choose one today it’d be “Pink Pony Club because my kids love it and it would make me laugh every time.” So, I chose “Go DJ” for him since it was his actual walk-up song when he was taking an at bat as a professional.
