A new study shows the City of Washington has the slowest housing market in Indiana, with homes sitting for an average of 75 days, while Huntington properties moved the fastest at just over 46 days from January 2025 to February 2026.

Research from CabinetSelect indicates that while selling times have increased statewide over the last year, updated homes with modern improvements tend to stand out and secure buyers more quickly.
