Indiana State Police arrested a Washington man Monday for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Over .15%, Operating While Intoxicated Endangerment, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
62-year-old Terry Ray Hill is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
153 inmates were being held in the security center early Tuesday morning.
