Dugger Medical Clinic, a new healthcare facility in Sullivan County, is now open to provide medical care to residents in the town of Dugger.
The clinic, sponsored by Sullivan County Community Hospital, was fully outfitted with medical equipment and supplies by power producer Invenergy.
The hospital’s CEO told WTWO that she expressed gratitude to Dr. Purohit for gifting the building and property, allowing the clinic to open and bring primary care back to the community.
Invenergy’s Project Developer emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting the community through economic assistance.
The clinic is open on Mondays, Thursdays, and two Wednesdays per month, with a doctor and nurse practitioner available for appointments..
