Authorities charged 15-year-old Jeremiah Nicholas Dill with murder after he shot and killed two family members outside his Owen County home.
Police arrested Dill over the summer after finding 61-year-old Jefferey Fauber and 41-year-old Grantham Adam Chandler dead in the driveway of a Truesdel Road home.
Officers responded to a shooting report just before 3:45 p.m. on August 9th and pronounced both men dead at the scene.
Dill, charged as an adult last month, now faces two counts of felony murder.
