State Police say a Kentucky man is facing a charge of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor following an investigation in Sullivan County that got underway in September.
30-year-old Vernon Brown of Olive Hill, Kentucky was arrested Tuesday and is being held without bond in the Sullivan County Jail.
