Washington Police arrested a Richwood, Texas man Saturday for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated over .15 and Operating While Intoxicated Endangerment.
53-year-old James Lynn Oprey is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
147 inmates were being held in the security center early Sunday morning.
