Indiana’s 9th District Congresswoman Erin Houchin has introduced the “Dalilah Law” to prevent illegal aliens from obtaining commercial driver’s licenses.
Inspired by a young crash survivor, the bill requires states to verify legal residency before handing over the keys to an 80-thousand-pound truck.
It also mandates that all CDL testing be conducted in English to ensure safety standards are met on Hoosier highways.
