Indiana State Police arrested a Washington man Tuesday in connection with a two-vehicle crash near the site of an earlier fatal crash on U.S. 50 at Anson Road in Knox County.
Police say 62-year-old Allen Walton of Washington crossed the center line and struck a car driven by Ashlee Miller of Montgomery.
Walton’s car then overturned.
Police say Walton was a habitual traffic violator for life.
Walton was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital for medical clearance and arrested on a felony charge of being a lifetime habitual traffic violator.
