An Oakland City woman is charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated following a one-vehicle crash Friday afternoon in the 500 block of South 1300 East in Gibson County.
The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says 52-year-old Vicki Pancake was intoxicated when her car went down an embankment and became partially submerged.
