Some customers of East Fork Water in Shoals are under a boil order until further notice.
Those impacted by the order live on Spout Springs Road and in the surrounding area including Gun Shop Road who have experienced an interruption of water service.
Boil water vigorously for three minutes prior to use, then cool and store in the refrigerator.
Use only boiled water for drinking, brushing your teeth, diluting fruit juices, and all other food preparation.
As an alternative, use bottled drinking water.
