IN-DOT says State Road 56 in Pike and Gibson Counties is scheduled to be closed on Monday, July 27th for a small structure replacement project.
State Road 56 will be closed near Hazleton. between Dead Level Road and Cutoff Road.
Work is expected to last through the end of August, depending on the weather.
The official detour will be U.S. 41 to State Road 64 to State Road 65.
Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
