A Florida man is facing a charge of Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident in Gibson County.
It happened on Monday afternoon on US 41 near Interstate 64.
The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says 75-year-old Charles McCollum of Naples, Florida sideswiped a semi-truck stopped in traffic after he drove onto the shoulder to go around the truck.
McCollum, who kept driving, was eventually pulled over by a Gibson County Sheriff’s deputy about nine miles north of the scene.
