An Indiana Department of Natural Resources Conservation Officer arrested three people in Daviess County Friday on preliminary theft charges.
36-year-old Jacob Catt and 36-year-old Dustin Cox, both from Cannelburg, are being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
57-year-old Timothy Witt of Shoals is being held on $5,000 bond.
146 inmates were being held in the security center early Saturday morning.
