Mixed Reaction to Indiana’s Classroom Cell Phone Ban

Indiana’s new bell-to-bell cell phone ban is getting mixed reactions from students.

At Warren Central High School, administrators say students are more focused in class and socializing more, while some teens say they’re concerned about staying connected with family.

The school has reported high compliance, with no more than 19 phones taken away in a single day among more than 3,500 students.
