Washington Police arrested 35-year-old Brandon Phillips of Washington Wednesday on a warrant for Theft.
Phillips was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $7,500 bond.
Washington Police also arrested 69-year-old Richard Foster of Washington on Wednesday on a warrant for Theft.
Foster was released from jail on $25,000 bond.
And Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 48-yer-old Erik Browning of Washington Wednesday on a warrant for Invasion of Privacy and Intimidation.
Browning is being held on $250,000 bond.
140 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center early Thursday morning.
