The Indiana Department of Transportation is closing part of State Road 57 in Greene County later this month.
Starting on or around Tuesday, September 22nd, crews will shut down State Road 57 near Newberry, over the White River.
The closure will allow for completion of a bridge deck overlay project.
Work is expected to last through mid-October, weather permitting.
Drivers will need to detour via State Road 58 to State Road 67 to State Road 54.
Local traffic will still have access up to the point of closure.
