A Huntingburg man faces multiple charges after an alleged weekend break-in at St. Vincent de Paul in Jasper.

Police responded to a commercial burglary alarm around 2:30 Sunday morning.

Officers found the building empty, but surveillance video reportedly showed a man inside.

Investigators later arrested 21-year-old Felipe Alvarado at his Huntingburg residence.

He is charged with Level 5 felony burglary, criminal trespass, computer trespass, and two alcohol-related driving offenses.

Alvarado made his initial court appearance Monday in Dubois Circuit Court.

A pretrial hearing is scheduled for October 19th.
