A Washington man is facing a preliminary charge of Resisting Law Enforcement after fleeing police on Friday night.
Washington Police say officers attempted to stop a cyclist in the 1700 block of Vincennes Avenue.
The cyclist fled on his bike and then on foot.
After a brief struggle, officers apprehended 31-year-old Jose Otero-Chavez after he attempted to enter a residence.
