If you travel U.S. 231 in Greene County, get ready for a slowdown.
Starting on or around Monday, October 5th, INDOT will close the southbound lane of U.S. 231 near Worthington — between County Road 60 East and County Road 990 North — for box culvert maintenance.
One lane will remain open, with traffic controlled by a temporary traffic signal.
The work is expected to last through the end of October, weather permitting.
