The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Washington man Wednesday on a warrant for Invasion of Privacy, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, and Trafficking with an Inmate.
63-year-old Jeffrey Eller is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
146 inmates were being held in the security center early Thursday morning.
