The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Vincennes man Wednesday on a warrant for Failure to Register as a Sex or Violent Offender.
27-year-old Andrid Hernandez is being held on $50,000 bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
138 inmates were being held in the security center early Thursday morning.
