Knox County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Martinsville man Sunday after being called to a home near Oaktown.
26-year-old Timothy Tinsley is facing preliminary charges of Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury. Theft, and Interference in Reporting a Crime.
Tinsley is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail.
