Drivers in Greene County will need to plan a detour starting later this week.
The Indiana Department of Transportation says State Road 59 near Linton will close on or around Thursday between County Road 500 South and County Road 450 South.
Crews will be replacing a small structure, and the work is expected to take about a month, weather permitting.
The official detour is State Road 67 to State Road 54. Local traffic can still reach the closure point.
