Indiana death row inmate Jeffrey Weisheit is scheduled to be executed before sunrise on November 5th.
The Indiana Parole Board has recommended Governor Mike Braun deny clemency to him.
Weisheit was sentenced to death for the 2010 murders of two children in a house fire near Evansville.
