Event Navigation

Sullivan County Sheriff Clark Cottom, along with the Indiana Sheriff’s Association, would like to announce the 7th Annual – Sheriff Robert “Buck“ Stogsdill Open Bass Tournament.

The tournament will be held September 22, 2018, at Lake Monroe- Cutright Ramp, with takeoff at 7:30am.

The tournament is named after the late Sheriff “Buck“ Stogsdill, former Brown County Sheriff who passed away in 2011.

The registration fee per team is $125.00 – this includes BIG BASS!

At weigh-in, there will be a huge raffle, with food and drinks for all participants. Coffee and donuts will also be served at the shelter house during the morning hours.

All proceeds benefit the ISA’s Line of Duty Death Benefit, Youth Leadership Camps and Scholarship Programs.

The I.S.A. was first established in 1930 and in 1977 was incorporated as a not-for-profit Organization comprised of the 92 county Sheriffs, their deputies, and correctional staff.

The Association was formed for providing assistance to the Sheriff’s Offices thereby enabling them to improve the delivery of law enforcement and correctional services to the citizens of the state.
