Washington Police arrested a Loogootee man Tuesday for Battery on Law Enforcement, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Criminal Mischief.
32-year-old Joshua Swartzentruber is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
176 inmates were being held in the security center early Wednesday morning.
