Jasper Police arrested a Haubstadt man early Friday morning during a traffic stop at the intersection of Bartley and Sixth Streets.
Police say the driver, 43-year-old Daniel Romain of Haubstadt, repeatedly refused officers commands.
A plastic container with THC gummies was found in his possession.
Romain was booked into the Dubois County Security center on preliminary charges of Resisting Law Enforcement and Possession of Marijuana.
