A Tennessee man is facing multiple charges following a single vehicle crash Friday afternoon on I-69 in Gibson County.
The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says 46-year-old Kenneth Ortiz of Jackson, Tennessee drove his van off the highway into a ditch.
Following an investigation, Ortiz was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated/Drug,
Possession of Heroin, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and two counts of Possession of Paraphernalia.
