The Knox County Sheriff’s Department says a wanted Bicknell man was arrested Tuesday night following a pursuit in Bicknell.
35-year-old Philip Brown abandoned his car in a field, with a woman and child still inside, and fled on foot.
He was later located at a residence in Bicknell.
Brown was booked into the Knox County Jail on the outstanding warrant and new charges of Resisting Law Enforcement, Neglect of a Dependent, and Driving While Suspended with a Prior Conviction.
