Those are the charges against a man in Evansville.
Court documents say the owner of a store called the police after four men came in and tried to cash fake checks.
When they got there, one of the men ran off and got away while another, Cristopher Flores, was arrested.
They were able to ID him by the Honduran passport he had on him.
Police found more fake checks in his car along with $4,000 in cash.
Evansville Police believe Flores may be part of a bigger operation that deals in fake checks and other types of fraud.
