Indiana State University has announced Dr. Michael “Mike” Godard will become its 13th president on June 1st.
Robert Casey, Chair of ISU’s Board of Trustees, says Dr. Godard is the right person to build on the university’s success and lead ISU into the next 160 years.
Dr. Godard, who has been Provost at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri since 2019, will bring more than 25 years of experience in higher education to his new role.
