Indiana State Police Superintendent Anthony Scott this week presented Trooper Leah Schnell with the Jasper District’s Top OWI Award for her efforts in keeping Indiana roadways safe by apprehending 30 impaired drivers in 2025.
Trooper Schnell is a three-year veteran of the Indiana State Police and primarily patrols Orange County.
