A Pike County Circuit Court judge sentenced a Washington man this week on a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine.
The Pike County Prosecutor’s Office says 61-year-old Brent Trayler had earlier pleaded guilty to the charge.
Trayler was arrested by a Pike County Sheriff’s deputy in April of 2025 when methamphetamine was found on his person during a traffic stop for reckless driving.
Trayler was sentenced to four years in the Indiana Department of Correction with three years suspended.
He will be allowed to serve his one year executed sentence in Dubois County Community Corrections.
