Incumbent state Representative Bruce Borders lost in the primary election to Knox County Commissioner Kellie Streeter.
That was the only upset in the Indiana House primary, and Streeter nearly beat Borders two years ago in a three-way primary.
Borders was a ten-term incumbent.
Eight members of the state House are leaving office at the end of this term.
