The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says an Evansville man is facing charges in connection with a disturbance call early Monday morning in Fort Branch.
During the investigation, it was learned that one of the parties had left the residence.
That person, 31-year-old Katrel Benaugh, was later taken into custody by Evansville Police.
Benaugh was returned to Gibson County where he was charged with Battery, Battery on a Child Less than 14, Burglary, Invasion of Privacy, and Criminal Mischief.
