A Dubois Circuit Court Judge sentenced a Jasper man Monday on Felony Stalking and Intimidation charges.

The Dubois County Prosector’s Office says 19-year-old Jace Gramelspacher had earlier pleaded guilty to the charges as part of a negotiated plea agreement.

Gramelspacher was sentenced to a total of 1,095 days, with the first 548 days to be served on Home Detention with GPS Monitoring, followed by 547 days on supervised probation.

As a condition of his probation, he will be required to complete a psychosexual evaluation and follow all treatment recommendations.

He is also required not to have any contact with the victim in this case.
