Washington Police arrested a Shoals man Monday on a warrant for two counts of Intimidation, and one count each of Criminal Trespass and Driving While Suspended.
19-year-old Spenser Stevens was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $1,000 bond.
154 inmates were being held in the security center early Tuesday morning.
