Jasper police have arrested 35-year-old Andrew Miller for allegedly cutting power to several buildings in the city early Tuesday morning.
The Jasper Electric Department found exterior electrical breaker panels had been tampered with and Miller has been charged with a felony of criminal mischief.
He cut power to government offices, local businesses, and multi-unit residential complexes.
