The Knox County Sheriff’s Office says a Vincennes man was arrested Tuesday night after he crashed his vehicle on the railroad tracks near the intersection of Hebert Road and Washington Avenue in Vincennes.
Deputies found 34-year-old Davy Williams on the ground in front of his car.
The vehicle was on the tracks with the rear of the vehicle in the air and the front tires digging into the rock around the tracks.
Williams was arrested on a felony charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Prior Conviction.
