Vincennes Water Utilities General Manager Kirk Bouchie has been named this year’s recipient of the Walter A. Davis Memorial Citation.
Vincennes University’s Alumni Association gives the award out every year to a deserving person making a mark on the Vincennes community.
Bouchie will receive the Davis Citation at an awards ceremony on Friday, July 31st.
