Parts of Princeton Under Boil Advisory

A water main break has prompted a precautionary boil advisory for parts of Princeton.

The advisory covers people south of West Brumfield and north of 50 South, west of North Embree and South Fourth Street, and east of Richland Creek Drive.

People in the affected area should boil drinking and cooking water for at least five minutes before using it.

Princeton Utilities says the advisory is a precaution and will let people know when it’s safe to resume normal water use.
